As we continue to grow across Mexico and internationally, we’re looking for a talented and organized go-getter to take on the role of Project Manager.

Reporting to the general management of MASSIVart Mexico, the Project Manager collaborates in the coordination and realization of public art pieces, experience design (museums, hotels, commercial spaces, etc.), ephemeral spaces (stands, exhibitions, etc.), exterior and interior spaces. From preliminary design until completion of the project, you will be responsible for following up with the client, coordinating meetings for approvals, and preparing schedules and budgets throughout the project’s progression. Attention to detail, organization skills and the ability to work with suppliers are a must. The sphere of intervention applies to sectors of activity as diverse as architecture, design, art and scenography.

The Project Manager will work within a multidisciplinary team. It is hand in hand with the creative team and production team. Ideally, they are particularly involved in the design phase, the elaboration and shaping of projects (3D, plans, choice of materials, etc.) Knowledge in the construction industry is a plus.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Coordination of meeting with clients, being the main point of contact throughout the project;
  • Ability to work on projects at different scales (interior design for example);
  • Respect and track determined deadlines and budget;
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously;
  • Manage relationships with contractors and vendors;
  • Develop and oversee schedules, timelines and budgets, contributing in the budget feasibility depending on the project needs;
  • Manage site planning and compliance.

 

Required profile

  • Organized and detail-oriented, being able to comply with deadlines;
  • Experience in budgeting and creating project timelines;
  • Good knowledge of software (Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc.) is recommended;
  • Experience in fabrication or construction projects (world of design, events, museums, art, culture, etc.);
  • Understanding of how to strategically navigate large complex projects;
  • Autonomy, dynamism, communication, and multidisciplinarity in a collaborative context;
  • Have an innovative and creative spirit;

The Accounts and Operations Manager will be taking on various tasks involved with procurement of new and returning clients and projects. Working closely with the Business Development team on initial proposal development and strategy and will be responsible for the quality control of projects and proposals until completion.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with excellent client service and communication skills. This person develops a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and objectives and provides strategy-led plans in collaboration with the agency’s Creative and Production teams. Additionally, they will develop and maintain a relationship of trust with clients and support them in their strategic orientations, identify business opportunities within the client group and understand and respond to the business issues of the clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate major accounts of the business and overview all projects;
  • Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with team members to make sure everyone is hitting deadlines and working towards the same objectives;
  • Coordinate team to deliver requested documents on time for clients;
  • Oversee daily operations of the Mexican office, including problem solving;
  • Oversee assigned project managers to make sure clients are satisfied with the project deliverables;
  • Contribute to the financial growth of the company by helping to secure sales and marketing;
  • Attend sales meetings and keep track of ongoing leads and projects, keeping sales documents up to date (sales sheet);
  • Coordination of financial team and follow-ups with reports;
  • Team up with the other managing partners to determine sales objectives;
  • Oversee digital/social media strategy, media buys and content direction for Mexican market, as well as global marketing validations;
  • Review content published for MASSIVart Canada to approve content for Mexico;
  • Lead in the development of strategic plans, proposals and partnership presentations, elevating and making pitches compelling/sellable;
  • Consult on operational effectiveness including systems, processes, budgeting/financials, human resources, etc.;
  • Support the Mexican team, attending to the creative and budget meetings (brief, revision of deck, revision and help with budget documents, final presentation with client);
  • Follow project development and provide strategic inputs to win projects or grow an existing relationship with a client;
  • Develop advisory skills to accompany clients and internal team to achieve the best results;
  • Liaise between client, account, creative and production teams for all major projects;
  • Maintain positive and trusting relationships with high-end clientele;
  • Take meeting agreements and keep all account status documents up to date;
  • Provides other duties and administrative support to the dedicated account team as required.

 

Other duties:

  • Review operational policies and procedures;
  • Work with the other managing partners in Mexico to determine, update and review the entity’s values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals;
  • Support the marketing and sales team at MASSIVart Inc. to adapt online and offline tools in order to represent the brand efficiently in Mexico and other relevant markets;
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company;
  • Provide insights about local culture to internal teams;
  • Provide onsite support when required and attend industry events for business development.

Job Description
Reporting to the production department of MASSIVart, the environmental designer collaborates in the design and realization of interior spaces (museums, hotels, commercial spaces, etc.), ephemeral spaces (stands, trade shows, exhibitions, etc.), exterior spaces, objects and furniture. Their sphere of intervention applies to sectors of activity as diverse as architecture, design, art and scenography.

With a solid artistic culture and great creativity, the designer works within a multidisciplinary team. It is hand in hand with the creative team, the production team and under the supervision of the environmental designer that the profesionnal evolves. They are particularly involved in the creation/design phase, the elaboration and shaping of projects (3D, photo editing), plans, choice of materials, etc.).

 

Main responsibilities

  • Create concepts;
  • Communicate projects visually (2D and 3D);
  • Technically develop concepts for production/manufacturing;
