Reporting directly to MASSIVart’s Head of Project Management, the Project Manager is responsible for the success of projects from their inception to the final deliverable. Being the interface between the client and the internal and external resources, the Project Manager gives as much importance to the client service as to their communications with the suppliers or teams they manage.
This role involves a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and superior attention to detail. The Project Manager will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while ensuring smooth and efficient execution of projects.

The Account Manager will support the Toronto Managing Partner by taking on various tasks involved with procurement of new and returning clients and projects. Working closely with the Business Development team on initial proposal development and strategy and will be responsible for the quality control of projects and proposals until completion.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with excellent client service and communication skills. This person develops a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and objectives and provides strategy-led plans in collaboration with the agency’s Creative and Production teams. Additionally, they will develop and maintain a relationship of trust with clients and support them in their strategic orientations, identify business opportunities within the client group and understand and respond to the business issues of the clients.

Le service marketing de MASSIVart recherche un(e) stagiaire qui aidera l’équipe dans les différentes tâches qui servent à promouvoir les activités et projets de l’agence à l’international. Si vous êtes polyvalent(e) dans le domaine des communications et du marketing, intéressé(e) par les arts visuels, avec l’envie d’évoluer dans une atmosphère créative, cette offre est peut-être pour vous !
Tâches
• Rédiger/réviser/traduire (EN/FR) du contenu pour nos plateformes et les campagnes numériques
• Mettre en œuvre et optimiser la stratégie de marketing digital (infolettre, AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre d’initiatives d’optimisation SEO du contenu
• Contribuer aux projets de développement du site web et en assurer la mise à jour
• Contribuer à la création des calendriers de contenu : planification des posts et choix des plateformes
• Rédiger, adapter et diffuser du contenu sur divers médias sociaux et plateformes numériques
• Participer au déploiement des outils type CRM et librairie photo
• Assurer la veille technologique et concurrentielle pour identifier les nouvelles fonctionnalités et les décliner sur nos plateformes
Qualités
• Excellentes capacités de rédaction en français et en anglais (bilinguisme)
• Excellente compréhension des technologies web, des indicateurs de performance et du retour sur l’investissement
• Maîtrise et passion pour les médias sociaux et le contenu numérique social
• Faire preuve d’une grande sensibilité, d’une connaissance et d’un intérêt pour les arts visuels
• Être une personne créative mais également passionnée, engagée et proactive
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et collective, à gérer simultanément plusieurs projets et à prioriser les demandes
• Capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations de travail fructueuses avec les collègues, sens de la diplomatie
Début du stage : dès que possible
Durée : Nous donnerons la priorité aux stages de longue durée.
Lieu : Travail à distance depuis Toronto ou travail hybride au bureau de Montréal.
