As we continue to grow across Canada and internationally, we’re looking for a talented and organized go-getter to take on the role of Marketing Specialist.

The Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing team by taking on various tasks involved with communications and marketing. We’re looking for an efficient person to take part in the development, execution, and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns, creating original content and conducting market research. We want this individual to bring their passion for being proactive and remaining one step ahead in terms of their responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the overall communications/marketing strategy, in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Promote MASSIVart projects on our platforms (website, social media, eblasts etc.), from photo/video shootings’ coordination to copywriting and posting
  • Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing projects such as email, social media, or content marketing
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including copy, layout, testing
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing projects
  • Ensure monitoring of the conferences in which MASSIVart representatives could intervene
  • Monitor awards for which MASSIVart could be eligible, establish a schedule and manage the submission of applications
  • Coordinate PR campaigns in collaboration with PR agency
  • Manage the SEO plan and implement strategy to improve it on an ongoing basis
  • Manage paid media campaigns, in collaboration with digital marketing agency
  • Conduct market research and identify trends

Reporting directly to MASSIVart’s Head of Project Management, the Project Manager is responsible for the success of projects from their inception to the final deliverable. Being the interface between the client and the internal and external resources, the Project Manager gives as much importance to the client service as to their communications with the suppliers or teams they manage.

This role involves a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and superior attention to detail. The Project Manager will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while ensuring smooth and efficient execution of projects.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Producing tools and documents: briefings, production packages, schedules
  • Development of budgets with a focus on project profitability
  • Develop and monitor deliverable timelines and ensure that they are met
  • Oversee management of projects while actively participating in the growth of the agency
  • Provides team leadership through all stages of project planning and development to ensure that work is aligned with client’s direction and objectives and delivered with excellence and to agreed deadlines and scopes
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the project management team
  • Determine the resources needed to carry out the projects
  • Support the team effectively and help define priorities
  • Maintain and contribute to the agency’s positive relationships with clients, artists and partners
  • Manage all internal and external resources needed to carry out the projects
  • Researching appropriate suppliers, defining their deliverables negotiating the terms of their contract and supervising their work in the field
  • Control the quality and profitability of each project under their responsibility
  • Administrative follow-up of projects (balance sheet, monitoring of payments, invoices, etc.)
  • Collaborate effectively with customers, internal team and external suppliers
  • Troubleshoot builds and technical challenges faced by the installation or creation of an art piece
  • Identify efficiencies and strategic actions to facilitate the execution of a project
  • Anticipate potential issues and challenges and prevent them

The Account Manager will support the Toronto Managing Partner by taking on various tasks involved with procurement of new and returning clients and projects. Working closely with the Business Development team on initial proposal development and strategy and will be responsible for the quality control of projects and proposals until completion.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with excellent client service and communication skills. This person develops a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and objectives and provides strategy-led plans in collaboration with the agency’s Creative and Production teams. Additionally, they will develop and maintain a relationship of trust with clients and support them in their strategic orientations, identify business opportunities within the client group and understand and respond to the business issues of the clients.

Tâches
• Rédiger/réviser/traduire (EN/FR) du contenu pour nos plateformes et les campagnes numériques
• Mettre en œuvre et optimiser la stratégie de marketing digital (infolettre, AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre d’initiatives d’optimisation SEO du contenu
• Contribuer aux projets de développement du site web et en assurer la mise à jour
