Finalized in 2022 through a collaboration between Ivanhoé Cambridge and MIRA, its centrepiece, ‘The Eye of Mexico,’ is a groundbreaking AI public art piece curated and produced by MASSIVart in partnership with Ouchhh.

At the GRI Awards Mexico 2023, a platform that spotlights real estate excellence, Neuchâtel Cuadrante Polanco clinched two first-place awards: Best Residential Project and Best Office Project.
